In case I missed something, yes, his weakness is sunlight. If he's out in sunlight he can't use any of his powers/abilities and he's physically and mentally weakened.

Blood is his food and the only food he gains nutrition from. Just like humans, if he starves himself he grows weaker and more desperate/feral depending on how long he's gone without.
