*Lucas's daemon is that of a advanced droid that has multiple options available. OWLd can inject Lucas with adrenaline shots that can both heal Lucas's wounds and speed up a otherwise human Lucas.
*Lucas knows espionage, spying and stealth. It's required as a Shadow Marshal.
*Lucas can only lift normal human weight.

Lucas, however was missing from the picture. Sinclair was digging around, eyeing the chaos but no Shadow Marshall. All he could hope was the man didn't get him into further crap with the Helghast.
Lucas was shot out of a portal thrust across the sandy beach along with his daemon, OWLd.
Not much changed, however as there laid chaos on the other side of said portal.
