On foot, at normal human pace, it's a bit of a hike from the city to the Northern part of the map to go every day, she would probably not be able to get much else done if she were to try. But she could certainly go at least a couple times a week.

The unicorns would not change their behavior much visited by Era if she has injuries. They might express some concern or fear that she'd brought danger with her, but in general, they'd just observe and go about their business as usual. There would no be grand gestures of help or indications of hostility.
