She could certainly introduce Estinien. They would be skittish around him for the first 2-3 visits, preferring to remain at least 200 or 300 yards away in clear view. However, after that, he'll be able to come within 10 or 15 feet. After a season, he will also be allowed to touch the adults now and then too! They are a peaceful species and are likely to have soothing benefits for Estinien psychologically.
