1. We generally allow characters to arrive wounded, sure! If she's on the brink of death, that's considerably rarer, but we could allow an exception if it's particularly important to your characterization. She could be hastily stabilized at a healing station in town.
2. Minor altercations and violent events can definitely coincide with the D.E.S.T.I.N.Y. apocalypse, as the virus often mimics similar levels of magic or technology as that available in the world. It just happens to be considerably more severe/intense, and often characterized by the color red (e.g., uniforms). While being canon-blind to recent seasons, I think that's a yes!
