You would also be welcome to use Discord to help manage the bulletin, though as not every player may be contactable through Discord, it should not be the only way for players to interact with you about it.
As a starting point, please go ahead and add this to the businesses page, and then make an announcement on the OOC comm to let players know how you would like them to contribute to it.
Our only caveat in terms of content is that the bulletin should not cover any gamewide or group events for which mod approval has not been received. However, since the intention is to cover events after they have taken place, and mod approval would be needed before they happen, we would not expect this issue to arise. If you are in any doubt about whether something should be included, please bring it to our attention here and we will let you know. Otherwise, we are happy for you to proceed!
