As long as it is within Xistentia, daemons will be able to connect with smaller devices as long as they are within range of half the grid (see map). Daemons cannot be sent out of the current dimension.

Connecting daemons to the situation rooms is absolutely possible! Daemons are very versatile -- even malleable, and the equipment in the situation rooms is definitely powerful enough to broadcast signals across the small space that Xistentia currently inhabits.
